Rain!
I couldn’t believe that Jez wanted to go for a walk in the rain this morning. I was all set to leave her at home and just take Max out. But she was keen to go, so I put her raincoat on her and took them both to Broadstone Rec where there’s some shelter from the trees for part of the walk.
Some of the camellias are in bloom, but my eye was caught by this one in a more shaded area, covered in buds.
Meanwhile, a little further on, as we emerged from the trees onto the playing fields, the rain had stopped and Jez was keen for me throw her fir cone. Max was obviously distracted by something else.

It is so beautiful and green by you, Jule. I cannot wait til Spring! Glad Max and Jez look so happy. Nice coat for Jez. We have similar ones, a lot bigger of course, for our older horses.
