In which Teddy makes a new friend

Sunday 12th November 2017

Sunday was lovely and sunny again and Teddy and I went over to Canford Heath for our walk. You may have noticed that, once again, I am getting into a pattern of certain walks on certain days. We parked on Gravel Hill and headed towards Steeple Close. En route we passed through these fir trees, lit by the afternoon sunlight.

This next photo of Teddy was taken on the far side of the trees.

Walking towards Steeple Close

When we got to the top of the Redbrick Path Teddy met another Saluki Cross – this one a Saluki/Border Collie cross. We were walking in the same direction as Alfie and his owners, so Teddy and Alfie had a really good time playing.

And here they are up on South Walk

Part way along South Walk Aflie and his owners turned back, so Teddy and I continued on. This photo is of more trees on the heath.

And here’s Teddy as we headed to the stream.

By the time we were approaching Gravel Hill again the sun was a glorious, rich amber. Here is Teddy under the pine trees.

And again…

It had been a good walk.
